Reena has been involved as an additional SME into the "Advanced PPSM (Program, Project and Service Management) Training - SME Team", in order to speed up the development of related training materials. She has been able to get up to speed and become productive very quickly and she has delivered a very strong productivity increment to the Team. thus contributing to recovering the delay and to deliver all planned outcomes on time, i.e. before end of year 2011.

Reena had taken on ePNCS which was considered one of the most challenging projects of Paperless. She has understood the business and the technical aspects of while shadowing the existing PM and quickly understood all aspects of it at a fantastic pace.
After taking over she established required relationships with all the stakeholders and worked with all of them. In the face of opposition, she reasons things out with stakeholders rather than relying only on escalation. She uses escalation very effectively but only as a last resort.
